New Hampshire has one of the most strictest gambling laws in the US. Probably second only to Hawaii and Utah. There are no commercially operated casinos and there are no native American operated casinos to speak of either. However, you can opt to play at an offshore online casino which is perfectly safe and legal to do.
If you’re looking for local gambling, this state does offer are cruise casinos however even this is restricted. The terms and conditions of operating a cruise casino is that they are only allowed into the state for 48 hours at a time. I suppose, this is better than nothing, and there are over 10 cruises to choose from.
Gambling on sports, live greyhounds racing and social gaming is illegal.
Casino cruises, poker rooms, and charitable gaming such as raffles and bingo are legal.

Most Popular – Vegas Casino Online
It’s a close race with the most popular online casino in New Hampshire. Several standout, such as Cafe Casino and Rich Palms which have a refreshing new look and alternative gaming partnering Rival, Genesis, Random Logic and others. Cafe Casino, in particular, is attracting many players for its thousands of games to choose from.
On the other hand Vegas Casino Online remains a stalwart with tried and trusted RealTime Gaming and a respectable Welcome Bonus. Its customer service is prompt, responsive and helpful. As an all-rounder, Vegas Casino Online remains the preferred option for New Hampshire players.
- RealTime Gaming is renown for quality gaming
- Customer support is helpful and responsive
- Cafe Casino is also popular for its alternative iGaming partnerships
Best Live Casino – Las Vegas USA
Among the top 10 we have listed, they all have partnered with Visionary iGaming to provide Live Casino gaming. That’s not to say that there are no other options. CyberSpins and VegasCrest Casino accept players from New Hampshire but partner Fresh Deck Studios (FDS). FDS is certainly not bad, but they don’t have the economies of scale of VIG. This means, you may not be able to find an available table or the live dealer of your choice.
To be honest, out of the top 10, you could choose any of them for quality. But we put forward Las Vegas USA, because we trust the owner MainStreet Vegas Group, and know that they honor winnings and withdrawals with no nonsense.
- A trusted online casino that will honor winnings and withdrawals
- Partnered with Visionary iGaming
Best Slot Games – Slots Plus Casino
There is a lot of choice for slot games, which is great for all players. Hence the best slot online casino is differentiated by the Welcome Bonus and package. Slots Plus stands out with a “up to 400% match bonus”.
- Many online casinos to choose from
- up to 400% match bonus
- Partnered RealTime Gaming
Editor’s Favorite – Las Atlantis
The mystical underwater theme of Las Atlantis has a nice appeal, but it’s not the reason why I like to play there. Las Altantis is new, and at first I was a bit hesitant with whether they would process my withdrawals and winnings. This is the risk of playing at any new casino that doesn’t have a track record.
Las Atlantis has great gaming and they did honor my winnings for online fish table gaming. It wasn’t exceptionally quick, but I didn’t manage to get paid out, which is what matters the most.
I also enjoyed the Live Casino that they offer. It’s integrated nicely on their platform, with clear streaming. It’s a lot of fun, even though I did lose a few hands on the blackjack.
My second favorite is Red Dog. It too is relatively new, but comes in second to Las Atlantis because of the pooer Welcome Package.
- Las Atlantis has an exception Welcome Bonus
- Niche gaming and Live Casino is very good
- Red Dog comes in as my second favorite
New Hampshire Online Gambling
The online gambling scene is quite barren in New Hampshire, with the exception of the lottery, the only other quasi legal online gambling is DFS.
